How are travel fees calculated?
Travel fees are based on the round-trip distance from our canyonville office to your location. We provide a flat-rate quote upfront so there are no surprises at the time of signing.
Is there a fee for additional signatures?
Yes, while the travel fee covers the visit, Oregon state law regulates the per-signature fee for notarial acts. Each additional signature or act at the same meeting is billed at the standard state rate.
Do you offer discounts for facilities?
We offer specialized rates for multiple signings scheduled at the same medical center, hospital, or assisted living facility. Please contact us to discuss corporate or facility-wide arrangements.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, digital payments (Venmo, PayPal), and cash at the time of service. Electronic receipts are provided immediately upon payment.
